Why
is Pittsburgh a place of power?
Or a powerful portal for energy? Pittsburgh is a natural
power place. A power place? How about describing a power
place as a power plant, that puts out energy. Humans have
long been harnessing the power. Water is always first
on the list. A heavy surge and churning of water when
rivers meet, creates a very powerful place.
The power happens when the Monongahela and Allegheny Rivers
merge and create the beginning of the Ohio River, thus
forming a confluence in Pittsburgh. Did you ever go to
a power place and you could ‘feel’ the buzz
of the energy?
Also
adding to that power is when land is flat and then that
flat land meets a massive cliff (like Mt. Washington,
Pa) you have another threshold of power.
We know the ancients met in power places and in olden
times the priests/shamans knew how to access the power
of Earth Energy.
Most
of our churches are built on ancient power spots. There
is a goddess spring under Chartres Cathedral in France.
It was a meeting place for thousands of years before a
church was built on the site. How did they find ancient
power places? Dowsing rods are still used to find the
ancient ley lines in the Earth.
Because power sites would amplified energy, ancient
priests/shamans knew how to access power in order to manifest
crops/rain for their people. If you matched the energy,
(like to like) then you will access the power of the place.
The
ancestors who settled in Pittsburgh were naturally attuned
to power and for generations harnessed that power to manifest
with.
If you wanted fertile fields for growing crops you would
put a fertile woman in the field or a father who had many
children. The shaman would chant or do a calling around
the site to harness the energy. You might think of it
as an American Indian rain dance. We can still do that
and sometimes we don’t know we are even doing it.
Example
story: One day I was driving over the Fort Pitt Bridge
and there was only one cloud in the sky and it was dropping
raindrops only in the 3 Rivers Stadium. I knew my son
was there at the stadium for a rock and roll concert.
The announcer on my car radio said, “this is the
strangest thing, folks, I’m looking out my window
from the Gateway building and there is one cloud and it
is raining on the stadium.” When I returned home,
I got to ask my son if he had been praying for rain. He
replied that everyone was praying for rain because it
was so incredibly hot in the stadium.
How
long has Pittsburgh been a power place?
Back to our local ancients. The Meadowcroft Rock shelter
in Avella in Washington County Pa, did a Radiocarbon dating
in 1974, which showed that burnt wood from an ancient
campfire dated 16,000 years ago. The Allegheny mountains
are sometimes referred to as the oldest mountains on Earth.
The thought is that 65 million years ago to the present
is when the three rivers were formed.
Tribal populations would move from north to south looking
for food.
What about The Mayan Connection to Pittsburgh? If tribal
people moved North to South looking for food then could
it be our ancient ancestors became the Mayan's? The
Mayan connection to Pittsburgh is with their calendar
and the ending of a cycle 2012. What has been written
is the plane of our Solar System will line up exactly
with the plane of our Galaxy, the Milky Way. This cycle
has taken 26,000 years to complete.
The Mayan fifth world finished in 1987. The Harmonic Convergence
was August 15, 1987. The sixth world starts in 2012.
The Mayan sixth world is actually blank. (no pages recorded)
The Aquarian Age is in full swing. This means it is up
to us, as co-creators, to start creating the new world
and civilization we want now. And that is the question
that the event in 2011 is asking? What do we want on this
blank slate?
What
happened at the First group meeting to discuss the event?:
There were Questions about working in Unity.
Compassion is the key to communication. Compassion allows
you to let go of fears, the need to be right, the need
to have expectations met.
Compassion allows your physical security system to know,
WE ARE ALL ONE.
That the 'we' gets to decide by taking a vote for what
is needed for the project (even if you are unhappy about
it) you move into loving merger and action with others,
which is a working of Unity.
First Meeting
2012 Pittsburgh Project/Event in 2011 (handout questions)
1. What visions or vision have you had or thought about
for an event in 2011?
answers from audience; (these are just ideas) one
event, series of events, educational events, brainstorming
2012 alternatives.
2. How do we unify everyone's vision?
put up individual visions on PeaceBurgh.com,
it's a social networking site and your vision will be
included when we vote. Or email this 2012 site and your
vision will be included.
3. What does a working in Unity look like?
Honoring each other with respect,
listening, not needing to be right, backing up your idea
with taking responsibility for it, if it's voted on, (this
responsibility makes ideas 'real' if the individual follows
through and actually does their part) experience interconnectedness,
being still, being one with the experience, create a place
of trust, have a real conversation with one another, create
an intention of love, create trust in a space for the
event or events, recognize this energy is a working of
intent (right now -all of us) are building the energy
for the event, awaken to synchronicities, gathering others
to be involved, exp: those who are newly awakened individuals
and unifying those of us who are like minded. (Pittsburgh
will have a clean slate of energy to work with in 2012)
this statement brought comments on what does a clean slate
mean? A clean slate is the new energy
at the end of the 26,000 year cycle. The end of the Mayan
Calendar. What that means is change and change means anything
can happen. We would like that change to be a spiritually
directed focus. Our intent and thoughts and actions are
creating that change (right now) as we do this work. It
really isn't show up at the event or events. The energy
is showing up now.
1. How do we clean our own slate, in order to rewrite
our future for ourselves...(2nd part) and then the city
of Pittsburgh?
2. What are the characteristics that are needed to write
on that clean slate?
Have a new relationship with food,
understand the energy of food, love the shadow self into
the light, learn to forgive, give self silence from multitasking,
create a new spiritual vocabulary, be the example of acceptance
and tolerance, take responsibility. Which then led to
November and creating the 11:11:11
